email name

Since XFINITY changed email format, my name does not appear to those I email.  Only the primary name appears.  What happened?  How do I fix this?

When you are in the Compose page, click on the small black arrowhead to the right of your name/email address in the From: field.  One of the options you will see is "Edit names".  Make any change you want there.  You can also click on your name when in the Compose or Inbox page, and you will see another option to change the name.
