When I erase a message from my ipad and phone, it reappears, unless I delete it from my comcast account. Is there a way to erase the email only once and not have it re-appear?
Do you have the account enabled on both devices using IMAP? Are you also using a computer and desktop client like Outlook, and the account is configured using POP3? If so you need to have all three using IMAP and then everything will sync.
