Yay Yay. It worked, my left side is back. I was on "chat" last week for 45 minutes, got
very specific what-to-dos; nothing worked. The magic answer was always "temporarily unavailable",
you should work for Comcast. Thanks.
Are you on the new email format? If so, look in the far lower left hand corner of the screen for two very hard-to-see chevrons. Click on them and the folder pane should reappear. They look like this----------------------------
