I have entered password and user name many times, I Still can't get to work, I can't send email from xfinity connect on smart phone or tablet. I can send through 4 g on smart phone but not through WiFi.
I'll send some details in a PM.
Generally, this is because of a system that has an incorrectly configured password, and it is continually attempting to send email with that incorrect password.
