I've recently changed my last name and would like to change my email address, as well. Is this possible to to?
If not, can I set up a new email address and have my current emails forwarded to that address until I have made the change on all my accounts?
I don't think you can change the email address, but there's a simple way to get there.. First, create a new email address the way you want it. It's pretty easy to do. Just follow the directions here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/adding-new-user-names-or-email-addresses
After that, go to MyAccount. There's a link at the upper left of this page, or just go here: https://customer.xfinity.com/#/users/131720040111083317COMCAST.USRMIG You might have to sign in again. Click on the Users tab, then select your old email address, and click on "edit" to change administrator rights to the new address. You can aso use "edit" to remove the old address, if you want. Or keep it, if for instance it's associated with purchases or something like that. (I've managed to get four email addresses that for some reason I can't do without. )
You can use the new email address without doing the above, if you like, and still use the old one for administration. This sounds complicated, but it's really easier than it sounds.
