I'm having same issue. I went directly to the page using a search fro xfinity email login. The email server is down again. It happens weekly in my area (Boston). I guess rather than have you get to the web app and have the interminable wait for the page to come up, they are just helping you go away frustrated in a different way. I also have the xfinity mobile app which cannot connect to the server either.
Try refreshing the page. If that doesn't do it------------
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.You can also try using a different browser.
