Could have a Cold solder joint in either the router or the modem.  A cold solder joint will make good connection with low utilization but heat up with high utilization such as with a speed test.  When it heats up it expands and loses connection and interrupts your connection to the internet.

Bypass the router and connect directly to the modem to see if that resolves the issue,  If so , replace the router.  If not, replace the modem.  If you are tenting the modem, just take it down to the comcast service center and swap it out.

Looks an awful lot like rebranded Netgear equipment to me....
