We recently moved in with our daughter and cloosed our accout since she has added us to her acc ount.  We received notice that even though we closed our account we can still keep our e-mail.  My husband and myself still have e-mails that are operational and our son does not.  Can anything be done about that?  J Garcia

Can you clarify------ did your son have his own secondary account on your primary?  If so, as long as he meets the criteria for keeping Comcast email it should still work.  See here------------------
