e-mail virus

I have run Norton Security Suite and have not found my problem.  Somehow, my Contact List has been corrupted, so that I receive e-mails that come seemingly from folks on my list, but the addresses are altered slightly and it is not they who have sent the e-mail ad.  Now, when I try to write to those folks, I get the corruptee URL and the mail is unkdeliverable.  !) How do I find the problem? 2) How do I fix it?

Change your password and secret question now.  Make the password stronger than whatever it is right now.  Then call Comcast security and have them look at your account----------------
