Latoque, I'm not sure they can do that using a hotel computer.

 

Asking hotel staff might be the best way to go with that.

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way.

e-mail access on hotel computers

When on a hotel computer I cannot access my e-mails? I can log on no problem but when I click the e-mail button it just keeps on searching?
