downloading email problems

I have had a problem for a couple of days when I am in my email account.  I have received the following message multiple times:



We're sorry. It looks like something went wrong. Please try again in a moment.
It is getting annoying!  Is there a problem with comcast?  I have deleted the cache on my computer, hoping that would help, but it has not.
What should I do?
