deleting an email account

My husband passed away 2 years ago and I think its time to close out his email account. It is filled with spam and junk. How do I do that?

Re: deleting an email account

Sign into your Primary account, and then click on the blue button in the middle of the page that says "Manage Users and Alerts". That will take you to a page showing your Primary name, and next to it are any other accounts you have. Click on the one you want to get rid of. Then under the Username" section, click on the blue link that says "Delete or Suspend User". Click on "Delete", and then on the "Confirm" button at the bottom right.

If you are not the Primary, but your husband was, then you need to change it so you are the Primary, since only the Primary can delete another account.  You will find the instructions for that here--------------------

Then you would go ahead and delete his account as I outlined in the first paragraph above.
