deleted e-mail

I am trying to recover a deleted e-mail. I followed the listed steps and found the e-mail. I clicked the "move to" icon to move it back to the "inbox" It went to somewhere unknown. The instructions state "If you have any questions please contact us at ......The phone number is not listed and I can't find the e-mail.HELP

How long had the message been deleted?  When you move it back to the Inbox, it will appear in the date order it was originally in.  Scroll down to see if you can spot it or run a search for it.
