Try clearing out Chrome's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
I'm curious what toolbar you are using that says the page you are viewing is Safe. Always interested to see if it could be a toolbar interfering with the display.
Clearing cache doesn't help. I know it works in IE11, and if I use an incognito window, but I prefer to stick with Chrome. Comcast was aware of this about a year ago, and still not corrected.
