cant recieve email

cant recieve email

I am trying to get an important email to reset my password for another non comcast account and because my email is the one associated to that account. Its the only account I can send it to and it Wont come through.  HELLLLLPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First check to make sure it didn't go to the Spam folder.  If not, call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue with that sender's domain-----------
