i am unablet to access my emails. i log into my account and click the envelope and it goes to the next page where the title bar says xfinity connect but all i get are the three "perpetual motion" grey balls flashing in sequence. this has been going on for days now and i am waiting on some important emails. i sent a message already but there was no reply. maybe i used a couple of words that the forum didnt like pertaining to getting my chops busted since i seem to be on this forum a lot with different problems. i apologize if i used some descriptive phrases but it gets frustrating when things dont work out the way they should. i use the forum because if i use the phone number on my bill i wait forever for a rep. thank you for your time tesla1950
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
Did you try clearing history in Chrome? Also, make sure you are using the latest version of it. Right now Chrome is up to v61.0.3163.100
