I do not have an outlook account set up. I will do that and then see if I can transfer my files that way.

This is a little confusing. Are you saying you can't open folders in the Comcast webmail portal? Or you can't open folders in the Comcast account in Outlook? Do you have that account set up in Outlook?
recently setup win 7 pc with office and outlook. thats working fine, downloading and uploading mail to my pc. I had been using comcast.net for my emial prior to that. I had created some folders online at comcast and saved some important info into those folders. I went to comcast.net this evening to send those saved emails that are in those folders to my home pc. I see the folders on the left hand side of the screen, i have a little hand/cursor that i can move over the folders, It tells me there is info within but when I click on any of the folders nothing opens to the right hand side so I can forward them to my home pc...anyone have any ideas on how to retreive the info from these folders..Thanks in advance for any help or guidance you can provide
