I want to set up two factor authentication for my comcast email using my mobile phone as the second factor.
When I try to turn this feature on, comcast requires that I provide a second email.
I have provided a gmail address. Comcast says they will send a confirmation email to this address.
Problem is that it never arrives. So Im stuck. Thired 3 times of 6 weeks.
I call customer support and after an hour on the phone of reading me this instructions, Im still stuck in the same place.
Without a second "verified" email, comcast will not let me turn on the two factor authentication using my mobile phone.
