can not access my email preferences

I am switching over to using xfinity email online only. I have deleted my Mozilla program. When I click on the email "preferrences" tab, it does not load. Please advise.

I'm assuming you are still in the old email format since there is no "Preferences" tab in the new one.  Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
