I have a nighthawk ac1900 voice and data modem/router.
We were having TV pixelation issues and a technician came to our house and changed cables and did some tests.
Since his visit the battery LCD light on the modem is blinking constantly.
The manual says that the blinking is due to either the battery charging or voltage or ground issues.
This is a new modem and new battery.
The battery LCD was not blinking before the technician's visit.
is there something I can do to solve this?
is there something the technician might have touched/changed that is causing this?
It's been 5 days.
The modem was plugged.
The battery is still installed.
I powered everything down, removed and reinserted the battery.
No change in the blinking lights.
