The Comcast webmail has no "whitelist" function. If the messages are not going to Spam, you need to call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue with that sender's domain-------------------

approved senders list

How do I find my "approved senders list".  I am not getting  emails from someone and they are not listed under spam
