Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
I believe I have my setting to Internet Explorer. I can access my comcast home page OK, and favorites, etc., however I can only access my emails through Windows 10 (Outlook?). And so I do not have access to my address book from within Comcast. I am finding out all the things I cannot do as I try to do them. Oh that I could go back to Windows 7..
Exactly what happens when you try to access the email using the browser? Which browser are you using? Are you getting as far as the Inbox page or what?
I upgraded to Windows 10 and cannot access email within comcast so I use the Windows 10 version but now I realize I no longer have access to my address book either. How can I get Comcast email back where it belongs and access things as they used to be? Thank you.
