accidental spam

I accidentally marked an email as spam.  

1. Can I 'undo' this?

2. Will this affect future emails from this sender?

Usually, marking something once as Spam will have no immediate effect.  Just keep an eye on your Spam folder, and if messages from that sender start showing up in there just mark them as Not Spam.
