How do you determine if you now have 100 mpbs speed on your account

Re: Xfinity says they now have 100 mpbs speed how do I know if I receive this

I knew I was do for an increase by mid-December because of a press release by Comcast. I knew for sure when I got an email from Xfinity:

Good news! Your Internet just got faster

Hold on tight. We've increased your Internet speed.

We're on a mission to improve your experience, and that means making sure you have the Internet speeds you need to save time
and do more of what you love. That's why we've increased your speed from 75 Mbps to 100 Mbps at no extra cost to you.

So, go ahead – simply restart your modem to enjoy your new speed.

Also, there should be an indication of this on my January 2018 bill. I have not gotten it yet so I can't verify that information.

To test for your Internet speed:

1. Reset your modem/router.

2. Run the XFINITY Speed Test

I just got the speed increase for Blast a couple weeks ago. The results I get for Blast now are:

Download Speed: 118.89 Mbps
Upload Speed: 13.44 Mbps

Before the increase I was getting something like:

Download Speed: 86.83 Mbps
Upload Speed: 12.12 Mbps
