Comcast sets the time, but you may need to set the time zone. If you have the new Open-Xchange Appsuite webmail ("connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/..."), check the setting under

 

    (gear icon) / Settings / Basic settings / Time zone

 

and correct it if necessary.
