So, I pay for the use of the Xfinity Hotspots mainly because there is a one at my house with a nice, strong signal. Unfortunately, I frequently run into a problem where I will be connected with full bars but the connectivity will either be extremely slow or nonexistent. This is extremely frustrating considering that I pay for this service. Is there something that I can do to remedy this?
