Xfinity Connect service

This service is so slow there are times I think I can USPS something faster.  Also of late the "connection to server lost" msg appears frequently as I am completing a longer email.

I am supposed to have high speed data on my plan, but web services load incredibly slowly.  Is any addressing of this problem in the works.

Hi VW12, I ran some tests on your signal and equipment and I show that everything is up and running properly. Are you still experiencing issues with your internet services? Also you can click on this link to learn more about basic troubleshooting steps for your internet.
