Ever since Xfinity upgraded with the new comcast email, my folders listed on the left side are 'missing'. If I search for a specific word that I know will exist in one of the emails which reside in the missing folder (for example 'abc folder'), the search engine does show the email(s) in the search results and clearly lists the email(s) are in the 'abc' folder. The 'abc' folder just is not appearing in the folders list on the left side any longer.
Do you see a small black arrowhead to the left of "My folders"? If so, click on it and see if your folder reappears.
Thanks! How did I miss that :-) Looks like the way I set up my folders, I embedded some within the 'In' box rather than in the 'my folders' so when 'in' box was collapsed I did not see them. Thank you for the quick and easy solution!
