Xfi we're having trouble accessing your account

I'm new to xfinity. Just purchased wifi plan for home. Installers coming next week

I just created my account and username and verified my email address. Now I can log in to my account with no problem on browsers but xfi app on iPhone keeps telling me "we're having some problem accessing your account, please try again or call us"

I tried calling that number but it was not helpful at all. Pls help?

Hi AsteriaArgent, xFi will not become accessible until the Comcast devices are installed and activated in your home. 

Please check xFi after your installation and let us know if you continue to experience issues with logging in!
