XFi modem upgrade error

So I downloaded thexFi app, and when I try to upgrade my modem (that I am currently renting) I get the following error message.
"SH400.127.9: Customer's account is ineligible for device swap under that program"
I called support and they couldn't help and informed me to go online to my account to upgrade my cable modem. When I did, I don't see the new modems for xFi, please help.

I would like to correct the information I provided on August 3rd:

 

- The xFi feature is available to XFINITY Internet service customers with a compatible XFINITY xFi Wireless Gateway (make and model number Arris 1682G, Cisco 3941T or Arris TG3482G).

Hello, Major_M00s3 - I can ship you a new XB3 modem with the return kit. But please note, that xFi feature is not available in all markets. Please send me a private message with your name, address, and a phone number - I will set up an SIK order. If you don't want to wait, you have an option to swap your modem to XB3 one at the closest XFINITY store.
