Check My Account to see if the new gateway is listed.
Call Comcast and ask them if the new gateway has been "provisioned" and ask them if they can remove to old gateway.
Hi Mjlebel, the information that (RobertWy) shared is correct. If your modem is listed as a compatible device per the link they shared we can send your modem a signal to get your Xfi app working with your modem.
