XFi app...Uodate Equipment

Just got upgraded Wireless Gateway a recommendation of Customer Support, trying to change network name and password....xFi says to upgrade equipment and online says not available.

Check My Account to see if the new gateway is listed.

New gateway is listed and online...but old gateway is still listed and offline

Call Comcast and ask them if the new gateway has been "provisioned" and ask them if they can remove to old gateway.

Hi Mjlebel, the information that (RobertWy) shared is correct. If your modem is listed as a compatible device per the link they shared we can send your modem a signal to get your Xfi app working with your modem. If you need this task executed I can take care of it for you, please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number.
