Did you have the box checked on the sign-in page to keep you signed in? Also, if you have cleared your browsing history, that would delete the cookie from Comcast that makes the sign-in memory work.
If you just go to the webmail using your browser, does it keep you signed in? If so, delete and recreate the desktop shortcut and see if it works.
I have tried everything. I even changed my browser to access my comcast email, and I still get the request to enter my log-in. If it does comes up by chance, I try to create a short cut, but that does not work either. I am frustrated. I do not know what else to try.
I finally got a response from Comcast about this issue. I was told to go to settings and under clear browsing data, I was instructed to untick cookies and web site data. It worked, but I am not sure if I should have completed that task. Thank you for your assistance. I do appreciate it.
