This issue has now been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have cause and are working to ensure this does not happen again.
at 5pm called tech service (if you can call it that). They are aware of the issue. Have people working on it. No ETA. No idea exactly what the issue is. Was told i needed to wait until later, and they SHOULD have the problem resolved sometime tonight.
