VPN Problems

So ever since I started using XFi instead of 10.0.0.1 I have been having lots of trouble, one of the worst, every single time I try to connect to my VPN (CyberGhost 6 Free) it says it timed out or something like that. This ONLY started happening after I used XFi for the first time. I remember enabling the VPN the day before I used XFi and it worked fine. Now, it doesn't work, I really need the VPN sometimes so please, someone HELP! If there is any possible way to reset the XFi so I can port forward and stuff on the normal 10.0.0.1 page I would do anything, some sort of account reset or something, PLEASE!

Hi, tguz646 - Do you get "You're currently offline" page when you access xFi page?
