Upload speed capped in Boulder, CO !!!

My upload speed appears to be capped to around 700KB/s! I even went over to another location, friends house, and he too is capped.

What the schizer  is going on here! Of course this happed on just the day I needed to upload a large 20GB file to a client! Tired upload to many services iCloud, Google drive, Dropbox etc ... all capped! My data usage seems normal and i'm not over the limit.

New modem, latest OS, checked modem, rebooted ..... I'm on ethernet not wifi ......... booooo comcast !!

Re: Upload speed capped in Boulder, CO !!!

You also need to post the up and down power levels, and the SNR's as per the link that  gave you.

Re: Upload speed capped in Boulder, CO !!!

Sorry for the delay, as I was out of town and this thread strangely got pushed way, way down.

Your Upstream Power levels are a bit high, that could signal an issue with your upstream rate. This is typically caused by either wiring problems or a problematic splitter.

However, as you've indicated that your neighbor has been having similar issues, I'm going to escalate this to a Comcast Specialist to see if there's an issue with your Upstream SNR and receive power.

Please check back soon as a reply will be forthcoming.
