Upgrade TG3482G for xFi



I'm being told I need to Upgrade my TG3482G gateway to access  xFi.  It worked on my old modem - why not this new one?


When will the new xFi pods be available?

The xFi app is only compatible with the Arris 1682G, Cisco 3941T or Arris TG3482G modems. I can confirm whether or not yours is and send you one that is compatible if you'd like. If so, please send me a private message by clicking on my name, "ComcastChe" then click private message me. In the body of this message please verify the first and last name of the account holder, the phone number, street address, and the account number associated with your services. 


I can also check on the availability of the xFi pods in your area.
