Can anyone advise if their Comcast email is working in Outlook 2016?
I have attempted to add my comcast email to it from every single Xfinity/Comcast "help" page and it still will not work.
Nothing I have done works and Microsoft is telling me that it is a Comcast issue.
Hello ccastel1. I know you have stated you attempted to configure your Outlook from every XFINITY help page, but have you seen this one: https://www.xfinity.com/support/internet/configure-outlook-2013-email/ Note: These instructions also apply to Microsoft Outlook 2016.
Also, can you log into our XFINITY Connect web page and successfully retrieve your email?
