Unable to download incoming email

Email : Called service 12/29 @ 9AM....they still have not resolved the email issue...have not been able to download/view and incoming email since 12/27/16...any ideas how I can correct this issue ?

How are you trying to access the email?  Are you on a computer using only the webmail and a browser to see the UI, or are you using a desktop email client like Outlook or Thunderbird or what?  Exactly what happens when you try to sign into the account?
