Trying to get correct speed pushed to my modem for 2 weeks now...

Can someone please get me configured right? I been on countless phonecalls and livechats, and they all say that i am on blast. They always tell me to run speedtests. And little do they know that speedtest incorperates powerboost and i end up with 21/4 with powerboost. But i am not on blast. Shaper Probe shows me at 12/2 and it has always been like this before i even upgraded to blast... I posted a thread in the direct response at dslreports.com. And the ComcastSteve said that i wasnt even on Blast to start with. But my bill shows that i am on blast. T.T I don't even know who to ask for help anymore. Can someone Please help me.

If you need any information i would be happy to PM it to you.

I can also pm you a upload of the PDF file of my bill if that will help.

I just want to get this resolved cause it has been dragging on too long. :[

Yes. I think that we realize what the "problem" is. That is why Bartleby is informing the forum admin here for an escalation ! Smiley Wink

Looks like you had Blast service removed from your account as of the 13th. You received a pro-rated credit in the amount of $13.00. I can look into this for you, but I would need to add the service back on your account to determine why the modem is not receiving the correct level of service.

Interesting additional detail, Dete.  And so the "plot" thickens.  Smiley Wink

Re: Trying to get correct speed pushed to my modem for 2 weeks now...

As EG posted elsewhere, the upload speed available does vary somewhat by market.

Hope you made sure that whoever did the upgrade was aware that you had it and then it was removed.  Did anyone have an answer as to why?
