In order to see the options for adding an email account you must log in using the primary account (the account you received when you signed up for Comcast). If you are logging in with a secondary account you will not see the option to add another account.
I can not tell you how many times I have tried to access the Add Secondary Email,
User ID or New Email Address.
The system tells you to log out and back in and then select the MY ACCOUNT and
the Add Email Account should appear under Email Accounts or something to that
effect. Let me tell you nothing works! Nor can anyone answer my questions from
Comcast regarding this issue.
The system just does not work. Perhaps I am making a big mistake
trying to get my wife an email address on Comcast?
