Can you clarify------do you mean on incoming or outgoing emails? Do you mean the "To:" field or the "From:" field in an outgoing email?
Sign into your account, and at the top of the page click on "My account". You should be prompted to sign in again. On the next landing page click on "Users" at the top. You should see your account listed. Whose name does it show? To change it, click on "Edit" to the right.
