The problems are getting too bad to bear. We cannot use the service much many weeks now.

 

The speed are very slow all the time rarely over 900 kbps. It has always been the case that any speeds test that shows a graph shows the speed dropping to 0 consistently and very very frequently. The only difference between when it is working well and when it is not on those graphs is that the peaks are higher when it is working better. The drop outs are still there and interfere with streaming and gaming.

 

It is not just me complaining anymore everyoine in the houshold is getting upset. There is serious talk of switching to anything other than comcast. We are probably going to go with AT&T.

 

Now if someone from Comcast wants to come along and look into this and see if can be resolved fine. If not we will probably end up with AT&T. I know they only go at cell phones speeds but that is better than Comcast analog modem speeds.
