TG1682G port lights - green and amber

I have my TG1682G router in bridge mode, so only the 1st ethernet port is active.  There are two lights on the ethernet port.  One is solid green.  The other is flashing amber.  What does that mean?

What is connected to that port ? Does it have a gigabit network interface ?

Yes but that manual doesn't say anything about what the *colors* of the lights mean which is why I didn't post it yesterday.
