Suddenly IE Very Slow (HijackThis log attached)

HELP!!! Up until this last weekend I had very fast IE performance. Now it is very slow, popups (never had any before)and other odd events. I have been reading these postings and ran HiJackThis, and this is my log file and would appreciate any coaching for a relative novice. THANK YOU in advance.

Re: Suddenly IE Very Slow (HijackThis log attached)

Slow Rabbit,

1. Please read the topmost thread (READ THIS FIRST...) by CajunTek. It lists a number of tools and procedures to rid yourself of some of what you have. Follow his instructions there.

2. Basically you need LavaSoft's Ad-aware and Spybot Search and Destroy. Install them, update them, and then run scans (best done in "Safe Mode") and let them fix whatever they find. For Ad-aware, make sure you do the complete custom first scan.

3. Then run another HijackThis scan and post the new log here.
