Speeds severely slow

Not nearly getting what I pay for. I use the 50 mb option and barely peak 15mb. I have been frustrated with not getting what I've paid for since I've started the service over a year ago, what should I do?

Well you should first speak with tech support, go through the steps, and if that doesn't help, get a tech to come out and see. If you own your own modem/router, is it configured properly? Alot of people blame Comcast, while owning their own improperly setup modems.

Start here: troubleshooting guide. If you still need help, please post your equipment details (make/model of your modem/gateway/router) and a screenshot of your signal levels and your error/event log. Thank you!
