Spam

I accidentally marked a Youtube notification email as Spam and now all emails from Youtube are getting diverted to the spam folder. How can I undo this so that the Youtube emails are received in my Inbox as was the case before.

Emails incorrectly in the spam folder should be marked as not spam.

Yes, I have been doing that with all the Youtube emails that are delivered into the Spam Folder but the system is NOT "unlearning" the action and emails continue to be marked as spam

Sorry, I found another item to resolve after I'd sent you the original message.  I see two message to you from Youtube in the past few hours.  The items that were causing those to be flagged as spam should be resolved at this point.  If they continue after this, please let us know again.

URGENT  URGENT  URGENT

 

I'm having other problems now: 1) I am no longer receiuving any emails at all after the one that you sent at 7:47 Pacific time.. I've tried sending emails to my comcast address from my gmail email account and ius isn't being received by Xfinity Connect. 

2) All ewmails that are in my inbox prior to the one you sent show nothing in the body except "This mail has no content". sEE ATTACHED SCREENSHOT

 

.Please fix ASAP. Also note that as it stands at present I will not be able to receive any email from you unless it is fixed first.

The issues seem to have been rectified but will have to see over the next few days how it's working.

 

In the meantime, can you (ComcastAntiSpam (Official Employee) ) , update Support Ticket number CR787948118 with whatever you have done to rectify the issue in case I need to make further contact.

 

I had also had a "Chat" yesterday with domeone ion Xfinity Support Team. They were unble to fix the issue so they escalated it to Customewr Security Assurance (CSA) and had given me a phone number to call. In the meantime you had responded thru the forum so I had not called CSA. I plan to call them if I have any more problems so it may be helpful to have your input on the support ticket.
