Some of my Comcast emails are not being delivered to my Outlook Inbox

Some of my Comcast emails are being deleted before they arrive in my Outlook inbox.  I have turned off all spam filters in outlook as well as in the Xfinity settings and this is still happening.  This is incredibly frustrating as these are emails from friends and family, typically.  Usually they are replies to multiple people (email chain), or forwards from people in my inbox.  They are not sent to spam, they simply do not arrive in my Outlook inbox, as if they never existed.  I know they exist because I linked my Gmail account to my Comcast account and get all my messages in my Gmail account.  Still, I would prefer to use my Outlook account as I'm used to this. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?  I am beyond frustrated.
