I have been running several speed tests and can never get over 3M for my upload speed. The download is great, pushing 145M but I really need that upload closer to the 10M. I have rebooted the modem and router but nothing has changed. In previous posts I saw that Comcast can re-roll the modem or something like that from their end. Hoping an employee can respond and work their magic.
Would also like to talk about my current rate with jumped over $40 and looking to receive some kind of loyalty promotion.
Start here: troubleshooting guide. If you still need help, please post your equipment details (make/model of your modem/gateway/router) and a screenshot of your signal levels and your error/event log. Thank you!
