Slow download speed

Hopefully someone can answer this but I have had the same comcast provided modem for years. It's an AR TM602G. The problem is I signed up for up to 400mb download speed but when I run a speed check, it is only 10 to 30mb. Do I need a to take this modem in to a comcast store for a newer modem?

Absolutely, yes, swap it out for an XB6. Your device is considered end of life.

I figured so. Thanks for the heads up, I did a little more reshearch after I made the post and found out how old it really is. It'll be put to rest tomorrow.
