Sent email not showing in Sent folder

Why cannot I view my sent email?  The folder is empty.  I can't find a setting that would be causing this.

If you are in the new email format----Appsuite------they should be in the Sent folder by default.  There is no setting you can use to turn it on or off.  The old Zimbra format does have a setting for it.  If you are in the new format, do you also have the account enabled on another device that might have such a setting?  Or that lets you change the folder your sent messages go to?
